Due to the nature of our service, if a lesson is cancelled for person reasons, the amount paid will carry over to the next lesson. Refunds due to personal reasons are not available unless prior notice is provided. If you do not attend for two consecutive months, we will contact you and automatically cancel your membership. However, if the lesson is cancelled by the organization or the lecturer, we will refund the full amount within 7 days of the lesson. |
